How much does shipping cost?

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
If you placed a successful order you should receive a confirmation email to the email address you entered on your order with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour check your spam folder. It could also be possible the order has not gone through or you did not enter your email address correctly.  email info@2ft5.com to confirm order.

 

Why won’t my discount and/or credit code work?
Please be sure your code is entered correctly and applied before submitting your order. Promotional codes do expire; please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure the offer is still valid. If you have received a unique code from us, please keep in mind it can only be used once and cannot be combined with another promotion or be applied to shipping costs. Unique credit codes do not expire. All promotions and/or codes cannot be applied after the transaction is complete.
 Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are not currently allowed for online purchases. Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple purchases.
 
 How can I change something on my order?
Assuming the desired change is applicable, please contact Change@2ft5.com immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.
 Product Release
All items are released in storyline format.
The best way to stay informed about our future releases are to sign up for “The Manifest” aka the shipment” our product distribution manual. On occasion we will re-stock some of our items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.
 Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or provide you with a store credit. (Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable) returns are only accepted within 7 days of the shipped date.  Contact Exchange@2ft5.com for any returns prior to sending to receive a Return Authorization Number.  Items to be exchanged or returned must be received in new condition with all original tags and packaging.
How do your items fit? 

Each item is intended to have a specific fit therefore, all of our products do not run the same. Sizing details can be found next to each item on the website. 

What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock
If the item is showing on our website it is more than likely available for purchase. During busy periods there may be some rare occurrences of more orders than actual items in our warehouse. If this occurs, customer service will notify you as soon as possible to process a refund or exchange.
 2F|T5 Distribution method. 
We ship all packages via United States Postal Service and UPS, and each package is given a tracking number. You are able to check the status of your order by entering the tracking number on usps.com 
Do I receive a confirmation email with a trafficking number? 

Yes, all orders that are processed should receive a confirmation email containing their USPS tracking number. Trafficking numbers are usually received within 24 hours of the purchase, if you do not receive a Trafficking number  please contact: Tracking@2ft5.com

What happens if I do not receive my package? 
If you are checking your status of your package and it states that there was an attempted delivery, this means your local post office may have the package in their possession. In which case, you should promptly contact them to retrieve the package. If it is not picked up or redelivered to your address within a week, it will be shipped back to our warehouse location.
