If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or provide you with a store credit. (Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable) returns are only accepted within 7 days of the shipped date.  Contact Exchange@2ft5.com for any returns prior to sending to receive a Return Authorization Number.  Items to be exchanged or returned must be received in new condition with all original tags and packaging.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
